First of all, may I introduce you to our property and our family. My name is Mario Fiorentini. My mother, Velia Marazzi, and myself are the managers of Hotel Alex. My mother started running Hotel Alex in 1977 but the property is a hotel since 1959... Since 1997, we both work together with great enthusiasm and attachment to the hotel, trying to answer to all our guests’ needs and requests.
